'''Jonathon Bass''' (Before 1828 - September 15, 1892), AKA "The Living Mummy," was ossified, which mean that his joints had stiffened and the bones all connected. This made it so that he could not move at all and he was stuck in the same position for the rest of his life. He wasn't always like this. He began to stiffen in 1848. He died of stiffening of the heart.
